Developing New Nurse Leaders

In November 2009, nearly 2000 nursing students, faculty, deans, researchers, and practitioners gathered for Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI)'s 40th Biennial Convention.

One of the most influential nursing organizations, STTI is running a program with support from the Elsevier Foundation to mentor new nurse faculty in their difficult transition from practice to the academic environment.
